The individual projects are organized by chapter. You will see in general one zip file for each chapter. Occasionally, however, you may see more than one zip file for a chapter. These zip files are already sorted by chapter names.

You can see the detail instrcutions to import these projects into eclipse are posted here.. Please note that these instructions for were written for the 2nd edition of ProAndroid. So you may have to extrapolate some of the information presented there. Otherwise importing these projects is as simmple as unzipping them and importing them into your eclipse ADT. Should be a simple enough venture.
