Clean fish. Drain. Coat the fish with Mayo. Coat the fish bread crumbs. Put the fish in a covered tray. Put the tray in the oven at 350 for about an hour.


Fish: Tilapia or Salmon (10 to 15 pieces)
2 to 5 table spoons of Mayo
A pack of Panko Bread crumbs (plain or lemon flavored)
A table spoon of garlic or other condiments as you like

Goes well with Basmati Rice

Saute the breaded fish instead in a pan with olive oil, onions, and a bit of worcestershire sauce. About 15 minutes on medium heat.
