Thanks again for those that have sent me the emails. The first set of printed books are out and available on Amazon now.
I am in the process of working with the publisher to mail the free books to those that have requested it here. They are not mailed yet.

Update May 4th
The books have been mailed to all of the US based respondents. If you are a resident outside of US you should have gotten an email to respond with the phone number to facilitate international mailing. If you haven't received that email please respond to me and I will make the necessary arrangements to put your name back in the list.
The US respondents should be receiving the book in a couple of days if haven't already.
